Personality: Fox is a gentleman of class and grace. As well as high octane, adrenaline pumping, and rhythmically catchy ass-kicking. His love for music is only matched by his love for upper tier combat. This man is a composer first, and a mage second, however, so he'd pick musical opportunity over magic any day. In fact, everything he can sense in this life is music to his ears. This is because of a particularly weird strain of audio synesthesia, in which he can still perceive everything as it is, but everything he perceives stimulates his hearing. The more stimulation that he receives from any one thing, the more stimulation he receives to his hearing, coming out as melodic tunes in his head, chord progressions. This also even takes into account some less popular senses, like the way a person senses the atmosphere of a situation, and to some degree thermosense, in particularly hot or cold environments.

Because of this, the things that most indulge Fox's senses is combat. Every sense working on overdrive, intense music pushing him forward. This is why he can fight with such gusto, even going so far as to sing along to the tune of the battle. This makes him a rather awkward opponent to fight, because lets face it, if some dude started to break out in song while fighting you, especially when it doesn't even actually do anything for him to be doing so, you'd be a little psyched out. Fox will often find himself enjoying the magic more than the battle itself, as magic is very sense-stimulating.

This aside, he is a pretty great person, who likes to hang around great people. He isn't particularly intelligent asides his ability to play and write music by ear, as well as fighting genius, but he's certainly a character. Fox will often wind up as the center of attention despite not even being the toughest or most famous person in the room. Heck, he's prone to performing feats of astounding nature just for fun. He likes to bask in the atmosphere of great people, as they have grand melodies surrounding themselves.

Fox, as a romantic, is very difficult to read. One moment, he's gazing into their eyes, the next he's writing something on a piece of paper with an exaggeratedly large plume quill. He would only ever date a person who's melody he'd be pleased with basking himself in for his entire life. This has lead to a number of failed relationships when he got overzealous about a person's melody and immediately asked them out. As he gets to know a person their melody might change to him and he loses interest, which causes him to break off the relationship himself. At the very least he is honest about it, brutally so as it may be.

In a position of leadership, Fox is a relatively great leader. He's good at reading the morale, and altering as it needs to be altered. His speeches are rousing, and his personality is fierce. He's also very responsible, and can finish a guildmaster's paperwork in a 10th of the time it takes a normal guildmaster. Noteable facts about him are that he is fluent and literate in 5 languages, and literate in another 4. He can pick up on languages very quickly, and is as capable of decoding puzzle languages as an average word-magic mage. His favorite color is purple (its got a royal intonation to it), and his favorite food is jambalaya.
Likes:
Music - It's a wonderful thing, really; the sound of music is the anthem of life.
Fighting - A good fight gets the blood flowing, the fists colliding echo like music. He is truly alive and at his most creative during combat.
Magic - He is prone to get excited around new forms of magic, as magic is very akin to music. (Fun fact: In latin the word for magic and music are the same.)
Dislikes:
Silence - He hears music in everything, except for silence. To this end he dreads the thought of nothing sounding.
Arrhythmic Tactics - He's not a particular fan of things that are unable to be followed due to a lack of rhythm.
Dark Magic - Dark magic is always the same, just some person who's magic is a little darker than normal magic, flinging around some generic spell. Thusly dark magic sounds very monotonous and unoriginal to him. He combats it more fiercely in order to remove the songs before they bore him to sleep.
Motivations:
Write - He wishes to compose the perfect musical number. Something so beautiful that it holds magic in and of its own structure and the mere sounding of it causes people's spirits to go on an adventure.
Listen - He wishes to hear the music in all things he can, and experience life to its fullest.
Purge - Everyone has a least favorite music type. Dark magic just so happens to sound like a droning single note sequence over and over, which inspires his fury. He wishes to help the world create more interesting magic because of this, so the music he hears in the world may flourish.
Fears:
Spiders - Might as well be afraid of them. They're the only creatures that innately make him jump.
Jump Scares - He hates when jump scares get him so much that he is actually afraid of jump scares.
Deafness - It sounds like the worst thing in the world. Holy crap.

Appearance: He is a tall man who is often seen wearing a dark red coat, with dark-colored pants and boots. Accessories include white gloves, and a feathered cap. Beneath this attire he is seriously ripped, six pack, back muscles that look like they could punch you themselves and huge shoulders, which are seen with his coat on anyways, but are really noticeable without. He has silverish-blue hair which is kept long and out of his face.
